Information may come directly from you through our website, a Meta lead form, email, telephone, or tools used for scheduling and client management. Facebook and Instagram may prefill contact fields with information associated with your account; you can review and edit that information before submitting the form.

Please do not include sensitive information, such as government identification numbers, health information, or payment-card details, in an inquiry form or message.

How We Use Information

We use inquiry and client information to respond to questions, check availability, prepare quotes, arrange consultations, manage bookings, plan and deliver DJ and event services, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell leads or personal information. We do not use inquiry details to add you to promotional email or text-message campaigns. Submitting an inquiry allows us to respond about your request; it does not reserve an event date or create a booking.

When Information Is Shared

We use service providers to operate our website, receive inquiries, communicate, manage clients, and schedule appointments. These tools include Squarespace, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), HoneyBook, and Calendly, depending on how you contact or book with us. Providers may process information needed to perform those functions. We do not provide your inquiry information to other businesses for their independent marketing.

If you choose to book a consultation through Calendly or provide information through another third-party platform, that platform also handles information under its own privacy policy. Meta separately processes information submitted through Facebook and Instagram under its privacy policy.

We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, address fraud or security issues, or carry out your instructions.

Website Technology And Cookies

Our website host and embedded services may use cookies or similar technology for site operation and may receive technical information, such as browser, device, IP address, and page-request information. Their own privacy policies explain their processing. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although restricting cookies may affect some features.

We do not currently use Meta Pixel or Google Analytics on our website.

We retain inquiry information and client records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable legal requirements. Retention may vary depending on whether an inquiry becomes a booking.
