Each celebration is customized to your vision. My packages (Essential to Ultra) are cumulative — each tier builds upon the last, fully absorbing all previous features while unlocking deeper levels of planning, coordination, and hands-on involvement. My packages are available for Weddings and all types of events.

For weddings: Ceremony (up to 30 mins from scheduled start time) and cocktail hour coverage at your venue are included with every tier (starting with Essential) when needed and do NOT count against your hours of reception coverage. Your ceremony audio, officiant microphone, processional and recessional music, cocktail hour music, and seamless coordination throughout these portions of your day are included at no additional charge when part of your celebration. Reception coverage begins with your Grand Entrance and continues through the final song of the evening.

For non-wedding events: Coverage begins at your scheduled event start time and continues through the scheduled conclusion of your event.

Non-Saturday & Off-Season Credit: Receive $300 off any tier from Quick through Ultra for all non-Saturday celebrations from May through October and all celebrations—including Saturdays—from November through April. Destination bookings are excluded. New bookings only.

$1,750 (Essential Weddings & Events)
Up to 4 hours of reception coverage, including professional DJ & MC services, live mixing, professional sound & dance lighting, wireless mics for toasts, and personalized planning.

$2,650 (Classic Weddings & Events)
Includes everything in Essential, extended up to 5 hours of reception coverage, plus enhanced dance floor lighting and an additional planning session for final timeline details and song selections.

$3,750 (Elevated Weddings & Events)
Includes everything in Classic, extended up to 6 hours of reception coverage; plus a dedicated venue/planner coordination call for advanced timeline management — music, key moments, and vendor communication coordinated in real-time so your night runs seamlessly.

$4,850 (Signature Weddings & Events)
Includes everything in Elevated, extended up to 7 hours of reception coverage, plus coordination across more than three or more distinct on-site event spaces, including events requiring multiple transitions between spaces, and an in-person venue site visit to plan equipment placement, power access, layout, and event-day logistics.

$5,950 (Ultra Weddings & Events)
Includes everything in Signature, extended up to 8 hours of reception coverage, plus rehearsal attendance and a final venue walkthrough with your coordinator the week of your wedding.

$1,450 (Quick Weddings & Events)

For shorter, simplified celebrations that don't require a full-length reception.

Up to 3 consecutive hours of total event coverage, including professional DJ & MC services, live mixing, professional sound, wireless microphones, and streamlined music planning.

Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception coverage may all be included as part of your three hours when needed.

Dance lighting is not included with this package.

Ideal for micro weddings, intimate celebrations, short receptions, and events focused primarily on ceremony music, formal dances, dinner, background music, and announcements.

$6,500+ (Destination Weddings & Events)
Designed for celebrations requiring extended travel, overnight accommodations, airfare, or multi-day logistics outside of Ohio. Includes up to 6 hours of reception coverage, professional DJ & MC services, live mixing, personalized planning, venue coordination, travel, and lodging.

Drive-in destinations: I provide professional sound, microphones, DJ equipment, and lighting.

Fly-in destinations: I travel with my controller and laptop. Professional sound, microphones, DJ booth, and lighting must be arranged locally and approved in advance.

Total investment begins at $6,500. Most destination couples invest $7,800–$12,000, depending on location, travel requirements, and event schedule.
