Will Ceremony Be Outside or Inside?

If Ceremony is going to be outside, I understand that myself or my venue will be responsible in providing a reliable electrical source (15-20 amps) at least 4-6 feet away from my Talent's workstation, extension cords, a 4-6 table and a shaded area for Talent. If any part of these items cannot be fulfilled, I will be held responsible in compensating, reimbursing, or accepting an invoice from Talent's Organization (Doing Justice iShine Ventures LLC). I understand by accepting an invoice, I agree to remit the amount disclosed to Talent's Organization (Doing Justice iShine Ventures LLC) within 3 business days. Sound levels are calibrated for overall balance and clarity. Client agrees that individual guest experiences (based on their location, hearing sensitivity, or ambient distractions) may vary and cannot solely determine the quality of service rendered

Outdoor Equipment Release Use Policy

By checking this box, you acknowledge that by allowing your event/celebration to be outside, you’ve verified and confirmed that the weather is appropriate for the occasion. You also acknowledge that if there is any precipitation (including but not limited to: rain, thunderstorms, snow, hail) that causes any damage to “Contractor” equipment, you as “Client” assume full liability for any repair and/or replacement costs to any damaged equipment due to weather. You also acknowledge that “Contractor” will be set-up under a shaded area (i.e. a canopy or tent with side panels) to prevent any direct sunlight damage. Please review LIABILITY (I) in the contractual agreement to address any questions.
