Venue House Sound Equipment Release Policy *

By confirming this item, you acknowledge that your Talent will be performing at your wedding reception using the venue's house sound equipment, and that permission for its use has been granted. Additionally, the venue is fully aware that any sound equipment damages and/or failures are not the responsibility of your Talent, who shall not be held liable for such incidents.

Wireless Mics Release Policy

By checking this box, you acknowledge that your participants are not permitted to do any “mic drops” for toasts and/or speeches. If any accidental or intended mic drops occur that cause damage, you as “Client” assume full liability for any repair and/or replacement costs. The wireless mics are only allowed to be used for toasts, officiating, and/or speeches; any other use outside of these things is prohibited. If participants, guests, and/or “client(s)” damage any other equipment there also will be repair and/or replacement costs. You as a "Client" also accept to pay any damage fee invoices within 3 biz days. Please review LIABILITY (I) in the contractual agreement to address any questions. Disregard if you won't be needing wireless mics or if you preferred a wired mic instead. Sound levels are calibrated for overall balance and clarity. Client agrees that individual guest experiences (based on their location, hearing sensitivity, or ambient distractions) may vary and cannot solely determine the quality of service rendered ***Please note that if your venue is located downtown in a heavily populated area that drop outs are more significant due to various wireless frequencies. Because of this, we would resort to using a wired mic at absolute worst case scenario***

This is where you and your photographer will gather all your guests outside to say goodbye to you. Usually sparklers are used to help send you off, sometimes it can be bubbles or just the bridal party will help hype up your guests for the send off too
